What’s happening:
We’ve been experiencing some publishing “anomalies” in Ingeniux 6.0. Some pages publish in 3-4 minutes (which is how the old system worked). Other pages might take 3-4 hours. We have been working on this issue with Ingeniux so that we can provide you with a consistent expectation of publish time.
What YOU can do to help:
Be patient: Generally pages show up within a few hours. Please let us know at webdevelopment@bucknell.edu if your page has not published by the next morning.
Use your Preview tab to proof your pages: “Preview” shows you what your page will look like on the live site. It’s faster to spot errors in Preview and correct them in your Edit tab than to try to correct them after you publish.
Publish judiciously: Submitting the same page to publish over and over clogs up the queue and slows down publishing for all users.
